Temptation is an intrusion in life.

Temptation stifles creativity.

Temptation takes our mind off the task at hand.

Temptation turns our attention inward.

Temptation nurtures the physical self.

Temptation says, “What’s in it for me?”

Temptation usually points toward a lie.

Temptation is a force that wins the battle of the will far too often.  I would even go as far as link temptation as a battle against faith.

Faith says, “Thy Will Be Done.”   Temptation says, “My Will Be Done.”
