During this season of Ordinary Time, the season between Lent and Advent, I’m taking some time to study the way Jesus reached out to people, how he encountered them, engaged them, and prepared them to grow from the inside out.

So I’m thinking about how change comes from the inside out, and how the seed for change gets in there anyway…then what makes it grow?  For those of us who already follow Jesus the answer seems easy – and it is actually.  But there are so many people who have so many issues…

Jesus encountered many folks with issues, and much of his healing ministry cleared away those issues that stole people’s attention and their desire.  For many people the clearing away of the issues gave them a new purpose, and from the heart, from the inside out they became new creations.

Just some thoughts…
