During Advent, if we’re looking toward Christmas with excitement and anticipation we often see things we might have missed otherwise.
(I took this picture Sunday)
This year Advent is especially speaking New Life to me, that is how we can find a new beginning to how we live, act, speak, a new beginning on how we view life as it unfolds around us.
As Christians we are called to be different – not better, in fact we are called to be the least of all, to humbly offer ourselves for the good of another and in today’s world to live that way is definitely different.
So what does that mean in our lives? How can we be different? If the words of the season are Hope, Peace, Joy and Love, how can those words be a part of our life? In all of our conversations and dealings with people…how might those four words speak to our life not only at Christmas, but throughout the year?
